Supporting Local Momentum for Safer, More Connected Communities
The Arkansas Moves Mini-Grant Program provides small, catalytic grants to support local efforts that advance safe, accessible, and connected walking, biking, and rolling options across Arkansas.
These grants are designed to help communities take meaningful steps forward—whether that’s hosting a community event, launching a pilot project, building local capacity, or supporting advocacy and education efforts that align with Arkansas Moves’ mission.
We believe local leaders know their communities best. This program exists to support those leaders with resources, visibility, and momentum.
At this time, Mini Grants are available exclusively for projects located in the Bentonville and Bella Vista communities. We anticipate expanding the program to additional communities in the future as Arkansas Moves continues to grow statewide.
Support for the Projects You’re Leading
Mini-Grants support projects such as:
“This mini grant allowed our campus to purchase trishaws, giving our nursing home elders the opportunity to get out into the community and feel included. These rides help foster connection, dignity, and a true sense of belonging beyond our campus walls. Thank you.”
— Amanda Kinyon, Administrator of Green House Cottages
Projects do not need to be large or complex—small, well-aligned ideas are encouraged.
